Note: We do not store your complete credit card, debit card, or bank account details. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

When you use the App, we automatically collect:
- Device information (device type, operating system version)
- App version and usage statistics
- Crash reports and error logs
- FCM tokens for push notifications
2. How We Use Your Information

3.2 Google AdMob
We display advertisements to free-tier users using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for personalized advertising.

3.3 Razorpay

We use Agora for video consultations with lawyers. During video calls, Agora processes audio and video data.

3.5 AI Services
We use AI services (Claude by Anthropic and Google Gemini) to power our legal assistant. Your chat queries are processed by these services to generate responses. We do not share your personal identification information with these AI services.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Lawyers: When you request a consultation, we share your name, location, and case details with the lawyer you choose to connect with.
- Service Providers: With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (as listed above).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Firebase Security Rules restrict unauthorized access
- Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant
- Regular security audits and updates
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained until account deletion
- Chat History: Retained until you delete it or your account
- Documents: Retained until you delete them or your account
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for legal/tax compliance
- Crash Logs: Retained for 90 days
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information via the app
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt-out: Disable push notifications in app settings
- Ad Preferences: Opt-out of personalized ads via device settings

8. Children's Privacy
ZAT LAW is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than India where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
