Important: This action is permanent

Once you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

Your profile information (name, phone, email)
All chat history with AI assistant
Uploaded documents and analysis results
Case details and tracking information
Lawyer consultation history
Subscription information

What happens when you delete your account?

Account & Profile	Immediately
Chat History	Within 24 hours
Documents & Files	Within 24 hours
Case Information	Within 24 hours
Payment Records	Retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
Anonymized Analytics	Not deleted (cannot identify you)

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in two ways:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the ZAT LAW app
Go to Settings
Select Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision

Option 2: Request via Form

If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request below:

Registered Phone Number *

Email Address (if registered with Google)

Full Name *

Reason for Deletion (Optional)

Additional Feedback (Optional)

I understand that account deletion is permanent and all my data will be deleted. This action cannot be undone.

I confirm that I have cancelled my active subscription (if any) before requesting deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests submitted via this form are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
